Security and cryptography
Non-LLM vulnerability scanning, a self-playing cyber range, encrypted-at-rest stores, and licensing backed by proof-of-work.
One account, one wallet, one gateway, one control station.
Live Application platform
HiveMind is the substrate every Cognitive Industries application runs on: one account across all of them, one credit wallet, one metered AI and media gateway, one secrets store, one control plane and one telemetry spine.
Every app integrates through the same SDK and is observed and operated from HiveControl, a single console. That is the point: thirteen production deployments with one identity system, one billing ledger and one place to look when something is wrong, rather than thirteen of each.
The backend runs on Cloudflare Workers with D1 in the Australian region and KV at the edge. The SDK ships in TypeScript, Python and Rust against the same wire API, with a shared crypto core whose known-answer test vectors are byte-identical across all three — so a token minted in one language verifies in another without a compatibility layer.
It is also the reference architecture for the platform work we do for clients. When we say single sign-on, metered AI spend and per-tenant telemetry can run for tens of dollars a month, this is the thing we are describing.
Internal platform for every Cognitive Industries app; the architecture we build on for client platform work.
Internal. The architecture is available as client work.

Non-LLM vulnerability scanning, a self-playing cyber range, encrypted-at-rest stores, and licensing backed by proof-of-work.
Multi-tenant products with payments, admin consoles, and mobile builds from one codebase. Several of them are live right now.
A Cloudflare-native platform — Workers, D1, queues, SSO, a metered AI gateway — runs every app we operate from one account system.
