HumanOR

Humanize AI text and flag writing that reads machine-made.

Live AI text detection and rewriting

HumanOR does two things with a piece of writing. Detect runs recalibrated stylometry tuned for low false positives, so it does not flag clean or already-humanized text. Humanize rewrites AI-flavoured prose until it reads naturally.

What it does

The detection engine is open source; the site runs it server-side so you do not have to. The calibration target is deliberately low false-positive rather than high recall, because the cost of wrongly accusing a human writer is much higher than the cost of missing a machine one.

Terminology

Words this page uses in a specific sense.

Stylometry
Statistical analysis of writing style — sentence length variance, function-word frequency, burstiness — used here to score how machine-like a text reads.
Recalibrated detection
Thresholds tuned against human-written and humanized corpora so that ordinary careful human prose is not flagged.
