Cloud and infrastructure
A Cloudflare-native platform — Workers, D1, queues, SSO, a metered AI gateway — runs every app we operate from one account system.
AI and automation dropped into local businesses, as a partnership.
Active Business automation platform
A seven-repository stack for putting AI and automation into local businesses: a host runtime and module SDK, a control plane with CRM, licensing and telemetry, a knowledge graph split by data sensitivity, a model lab, and client agents.
The structure is a partnership: one side sells and owns the client relationship, the other builds and runs the technology. The software is built around that split rather than retrofitted to it.
One boundary matters more than the rest. The host runtime must be buildable, runnable and testable with no reference to our infrastructure, and it contains no control-plane code. If the host cannot run without the control plane existing, it will eventually depend on it — so the separation is enforced by the build rather than by intention.
Everything reaches a client the same way: as a module named in a recipe. A trained model, a client agent, a retrieval capability and a connector all travel that one path. There is no second delivery mechanism and no special case.
Agencies and operators who own local business relationships and need the technology built and run for them.
