The cost accumulator was missing from migration 0001, so fractional metering could quietly under-charge. Fixed, with a regression suite so it stays fixed. This is why the SWARM days exist.
One /mail/send surface, Mailgun held server-side, ports in all three SDK languages, and the email-verification flow moved onto it the same day. Apps never touch a mail key again.
Real provider cost now flows through as fractional CGC, free calls stopped being charged, and Sign in with Google landed on the OIDC flow.
One substrate for every app we run: SSO, an atomic credit wallet, a metered LLM gateway, secrets, telemetry, an operator console, and SDKs in TypeScript, Python, and Rust. Seven build phases landed the same day, down to the fail-closed kill-switch and a tamper-evident audit chain.
