What the work looks like
This is the sector we have worked in longest. We built the public site for the peak indoor-cricket body in Queensland, the streaming platform that runs in indoor sports centres, and the league voting platform that clubs use for best-on-ground.
The recurring problems are the same everywhere: volunteers running the admin, participation that dies at any account-creation step, and a season calendar that has to be right.
